There are a huge number of activities available on Gower and with Mumbles and Swansea a short drive or bus ride away, the list is almost endless.  Here are some of the Gower activities:

Parc-Le-Breos Riding Centre   Tel:  01792 371636   www.parc-le-breos.co.uk

ImageA mile from Gower Accommodation, Parc-Le-Breos is a 19th Century Hunting lodge, set in 70 acres of woodland, once the deer park of William de Breos, Norman Lord of Gower.  You can book pony trekking by the day, weekend or longer and the experienced guides will share their knowledge of local history and culture.  The day starts at 10am and after getting to know the ponies, you set off about 11.30, returning at around 4pm.  The pace is mostly walking and trotting with some arranged canters for the more experienced riders.

Dryad Bushcraft   Tel:  01792 547213    www.dryadbushcraft.co.uk

Spend a day learning how to live comfortably in the wilderness, using the minimum of modern-day equipment.  Develop a wide range of skills and knowledge that would have been second nature to our stone age ancestors.  Learn to use a saw, axe, light a fire without matches, build a shelter, cook on an open fire, which plants you can eat and lots more.

Gower Coast Adventures   Tel:  07866 250440  www.gowercoastadventures.co.uk
