Pennard Castle, built around the 13th Cenury, overlooks Three Cliffs valley and the Bay beyond. It's commanding position ultimately led to its downfall as it was engulfed in sand and abandoned in the early 1400's, along with the village which had grown around it. The ruin of St Mary's church alongside the Castle can still be seen and remained in use until 1532.

Based around an historic 800-year-old water mill, the complex has craft workshops, children's puppet theatre, tea rooms, and a new Woollen Mill. Activities include wood turning, willow making, coracle lessons, and expert walking tours of Gower and Swansea.

Our cottages and apartment will accommodate up to 24 people, so are ideal for groups of golfers. With our first hand knowledge of all the local courses, and personal contacts therein, we can organise rounds of golf for your party. Pennard Golf Club is a stones throw away and boasts some breathtaking views over Three Cliffs Bay and Oxwich Bay beyond.
We can also arrange for breakfast to be served to you before you go off for the day, and evening meals can be organised either at the accommodation or in local pubs.
